'Younger than Yesterday'- Ricky Swallow
It is an impressive artwork which is carved by wood. The sculpture shows the extraordinary craftmanships from Ricky Swallow.
For the method of prodution, it is created by manually inserting a cutting blade through the film into the wood and moving the inserted blade along image lines to cut through the film at the image and then carve the image in the wood through the film.
For the material of production, it is obviously made by wood.
"Nest"- Patricia Piccinini
It is a very interesting artwork which is created by Patricia Piccinini. Firstly i think it is made by metal. However, after my reserch, i found that it is made by fibre glass. The meterial such as automative paint, scooter parts and leather were also used.
For the method of production, i guess it is done by heating the fibre glass, and bending it into shape.
